1. Deployment Authorization

By engaging with Ideomet Technologies, you authorize our architects to execute digital solutions within your specified parameters. All architectural decisions are made to ensure system stability and performance.

2. Intellectual Sovereignty

All custom logic developed for clients remains the sovereign property of the respective parties upon final settlement, as outlined in the individual project manifest.

3. Operational Boundaries

Our services must be used within ethical and legal boundaries. Any misuse of our infrastructure for malicious propagation will result in immediate termination of the neural sync.

4. Liability Limitations

While we architect for absolute resilience, Ideomet is not liable for structural failures caused by external third-party anomalies or unauthorized system modifications.

5. Protocol Termination

Professional synchronization can be terminated with prior notice from either party, ensuring a graceful transition of digital assets.
